How to practice crotch dribbling in basketball

Low fingertip dribble

Introduction to crotch dribbling
For the crotch dribble with moving feet, get familiar with the action from a single dribble. After completing a crotch dribble, it can be adjusted through the in-situ dribble on the side, and the speed can be slowed down appropriately in the initial stage.
